Refund policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return according to the Consumer Protection Act, which means that you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the product.

The return is not free of charge. Delivery and handling costs of €8.90 will be charged.

In order for your product to be returned, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unopened, with tags and original packaging intact. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@peliparatiisi.net. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Peliparatiisi, Oravanpiha 10, 24100 Salo.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. For products that have been sent to us without a return request, an additional €2.10 handling fee will be charged.

An uncollected shipment is not a valid return and we will charge the resulting costs of €15, unless otherwise agreed.

Errors and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as customized or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ We also do not accept returns on discount items or gift cards. Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the return has been accepted. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time before the refund is processed and credited.
