Pre-order instructions
Peliparatiisi offers its customers the opportunity to pre-order certain products before their release date, or before they have even arrived in the country. We usually offer pre-orders for products whose demand and popularity are expected to be high or whose availability is otherwise limited.
Pre-orders work for the most part like other orders, with a few exceptions that we want to highlight here.
Ordering
- Ordering is done in the same way as ordering products in stock.
- You can recognize a pre-order product by the marking *PRE-ORDER* or *PRE-ORDER* after its name.
Payment
- Pre-order products are paid for in full at the time of ordering, including delivery costs.
Delivery
- Delivery of pre-order products takes place when the product has arrived
- All products in the order are delivered at once. If you have combined different pre-order products, or pre-order products and immediately available products, in the same order, they will only be delivered when the entire order and all the pre-order products it contains can be sent. For this reason, Peliparatiisi does not recommend placing pre-order products and immediately available products in the same order.
- If the product has an official release date, Peliparatiisi will follow it.
- Pre-order products have an estimated release or shipping date. However, these are estimates and may change for reasons beyond our control. There will be no separate notification of changes.
Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your pre-order before your order has been delivered to you.
- After the pre-order is delivered, it is treated as a normal order and our general return conditions apply.
- In the case of pre-orders, the refund takes place by bank transfer and we will ask the customer for an IBAN account number for the refund.
